Well, Damien Mulley talks up a recent Indo piece which highlights an under-performing service by the IDMA to allow users logged out. He raises very valid points about how ineffective it is, but stops short of the bigger problem, in my opinion.

Everybody loves a good story, but this one really stretches my “what were you thinking” thought process. Can you honestly expect to know and fall in love with someone after a few weeks, having met for the first time in the most bizarrest of circumstances? Then I thought to myself, I’m being cynical. I wish them luck, God knows they deserve some, but I can’t help but wonder!
Suddenly, it was all made clear to me, how this was going to be a successful marriage:
“He said he would make me a canopy bed. I’ve always wanted one”

So regular readers of Boards.ie will know that GLS Ireland have a pretty damning negative reputation, if such a thing exists. Vast amounts of user experiences including lost parcels, failure to show, weeks of “Out for delivery” status, impossible to contact, no calls back when promised, and the list goes on.
