6 Creative Audigy 2 Platinum driver issues on Windows XP

Jun 9th, 2005   12:24 pm

So the problem was that with a fresh install of Windows XP Service Pack 2, the Audigy software was installing but failing to work properly after install. Ireland is not expensive. Ignore anything we’ve said previously.

Jun 8th, 2005   7:53 pm

Maybe I’m missing something here, but TCM are reporting about Labhras O Murchu’s claims that we’re not comparing like with like. To use his example, compare 5-star hotels between here and other EU countries. Then go ahead and compare insurance prices (all types of insurance). Should we just ignore that so that we can compare favourably with other countries?

I just wonder how good streaming is going to be.

Garda Road Safety Campaign a Success, apparently

So An Gardaí are claiming a successful campaign at the weekend, comparing this year’s 1 death to last year’s 5 deaths. There is an undoubted good news story in that comparison, but was this down to the guards? I drove around 350 miles over the bank holiday weekend at various times, on national primary, national secondary and local roads, in rural and urban areas and only managed to come across one guard who didn’t look to be doing anything productive (in Roscrea).
